As a veteran, I founded Desert Lotus Shala because I deeply believe in yoga’s ability to transform lives. Having felt its healing and calming effects firsthand, I’m passionate about sharing these benefits with others. Through practices like Sound Baths, Hatha Raja, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga, I strive to create a space where people can find peace, relaxation, and growth. My mission is to help others experience the same sense of renewal and balance that yoga has brought into my life. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space for everyone, including veterans and first responders.
